The "Result" column in scan reports

Hi, I downloaded Kaspersky Security Cloud yesterday and ran some scans. It turned out that my computer had Trojan/vrruses but I wasnt sure whether Kaspersky removed them. The "Result" column in the scan report only says that it is "Detected", "Not processed", "Processing Error" or "Corrupted".



Does "Detected" means that the viruses has been removed from my computer? 
What's wrong with the "Not processed", "Processing Error" and "Corrupted" files? Should I just delete them manually?
