The problem of completely deleting the found infected file

Hello, I want to buy it, but I do not want the entire file found to be deleted. With my past experience, I have witnessed that Kaspersky deletes entire files and sometimes entire folders. Is there a way to just block the virus after purchasing this? Other files inside may be important. For example, I don't want a zip or rar file to be completely deleted.

I need an urgent answer. I need to format it soon and buy a program immediately. I don't know what kind of virus I am facing. But I know a hacker has accessed all of my accounts. I am saving. I do double verification but somehow it still finds a way to hijack my accounts. He was checking my phone. I formatted it. I reset everything. I even completely changed the operating system. But I think it may be coming back with the Google account.
