Good afternoon dear support team, 

I have an issue when I received the varication email and tired to open it to verify and I got this message attached. 

Could you please support me in order to complete my another request

I have an issue when I received the verification email and tried to open it to verify and I got this message "Verification problem. The email verification link is not valid or not relevant". Could you please support me in order to complete my another request

  1. Which Kaspersky software is installed?
  2. Is the software a paid subscription or free? 
  3. According to @Danila T. “If invalid link error occurs within 24 hours after the link was sent, contact Kaspersky Support”;  depending on your region, there may be phone or Online Chat available → on the Support page, select your location, then select Product help, then select from the Choose a communication channel options. 
  4. Or, to log the issue, sign into (your) MyKaspersky account with another email address
  • To help us assist, please share as many details as possible?

The email verification link is not valid.
I have an issue when I received the verification email and tried to open it to verify: "Verification problem, email link is not valid or not relevant.

  1. Do you have Kaspersky Security Cloud Free - https://support.kaspersky.com/15417 or Kaspersky Free - https://support.kaspersky.com/KFA/2021_mr1/en-US/43538.htm ? 
  2. Was the MyKaspersky account created BEFORE you installed the software or did the Kaspersky application create the account? 
  3. What region are you in? The number and sequence of steps in the Wizard depend on the region where you install the application. 
  4. If you install the application in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Brazil, or as a California resident, the Wizard prompts you to accept additional agreements regarding how your personal data is processed, and to confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
  5. Before installing the Kaspersky software, was the computer checked for any software conflicts https://support.kaspersky.com/15518#block2 ?
