The certificate chain is not commplete

Hi everyone,

I hope that someone can help to solve my problem as I couldn't find any solution for my problems on the internet.

 

I encountered below error whenever I want to open any website on the chrome browser. 

 

 

I would like to know the root cause and how to solve this problem.

Welcome!

1. Post a full screen image of what shows when View certificate is selected?
2. Which KTS version & patch is installed → right click the KTS icon (on the Windows taskbar), select About? 
3. Does the Visiting a domain with an untrusted certificate happen if the site(s) are accessed using Edge Chromium & or Firefox? 
4. Does the Visiting a domain with an untrusted certificate error happen for every website you access, for example, if you go to https://community.kaspersky.com/, & or https://www.kaspersky.com/, does the Visiting a domain with an untrusted certificate error happen ? 
5. Have you uninstalled → save License key only, downloaded & clean installed KTS?
