Technical Request, The Application and System info field shows ‘No result found’. [MERGED]

I can’t create technical request. The Application and System info field shows ‘No result found’.

I tried it from several accounts. What is the main error actually?

Interesting! You’re the second person today with the same problem🤔 !!

  1. Does the same issue repeat in every supported browser: Chrome, Edge Chromium? 
  2. Which version & patch(x) of Kaspersky software is installed → on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons → rightclick the Kaspersky icon → select About
  3. Has the machine been shutdown → powered OFF & ON recently? 
  4. Go to the Support page → scroll down to the lower part of the page, select Product help → from the Choose a communication channel options, select Chat or Email.
  5. When support actually contact you, ask them to please help you fix the problem filling in the request form as well as resetting the activation code
  6. If you have any trouble contacting support via Chat or Email, please post back?
