Teams files blocked from browser

Hi,

Since installing Total Security I am unable to open files within Teams. I receive the error message "there was a problem reaching the app"

I am using Windows 11.

Teams is opening in my browser as I have two different accounts and the other uses the App, I can open files in the App no problem at all.

Any help greatly appreciated

Welcome!

Just for clarification, in MS Teams installed app, all files open, without any problems, but, when MS Teams is run in the web browser, the same files, do not open, is that correct? 

1. Does the same issue happen in all supported browsers: Edge, Chrome, Firefox? 
2. In the browser - are third party cookies enabled for the Teams website? 
3. IF Kaspersky Protection Extension -> Private browsing, is set as: Data collection allowed, does the issue resolve? 
4. IF Kaspersky Protection Extension -> Anti-banner, is set as: Allow on this website, does the issue resolve? 
5. IF the Teams domain is added to KTS, Network settings, Encrypted connection scanning - Trusted addresses

6. May we know which type of files are not opening & which browser, so we can test please?

Hi Thank you for all the advice. 

I went into Edge settings and allowed Cookies on a variety of the Microsoft sites and it is now working.
