Taskbar icon is gray, showing that my product has not loaded

Hi @System_Info , 

Did you try to reinstall the product without keeping the settings? 

We would need to check some logs from your PC, do you mind submitting a ticket to technical support via https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/ and letting me know the incident number? 

You won't need it when I changed the icon it went back to normal. Thank you for your help.
