Task maneger full of ****

Hello,

I suspect I have a virus on my computer. Task Manager is simply full of s ...
I did a virus scan with 3 programs, none of which showed anything.
What are your thoughts on professionals? Processes are shown and there are other processes of the same type. I wanted to close SgrmBroker.exe while "Acces denied".
