When i disconnect my PC from internet and start testing ransomwares samples to check the efficiency of system watcher module under the test, unfortunately many ransomwares encrypted my files while other antivirus solutions such as bitdefender was able to detect those ransomware samples under disconnecting the internet. I am really disappointed for this issue ?

Before you started testing ransomwares samples, you did backup all your data & make a System restore point, right?
