I like to use DuckDuckGo as my default but just learned you don't protect that browser. I would like to maintain my non intrusive browsing along with the protection. Any chance you will include DDG in the future?

Log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the FeedbackI have a suggestion template - 

 

 

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
  • Note: the process may take a very long time, each request is measured against many benchmarks and not all requests are successful. 
  • When feedback from the Kaspersky Technical Team is available, please share it here in the Kaspersky Community?

Thanks but unable to complete the form. Asks for version of application and unable to find it when I checked help.

  • Even tho the documentation states “When submitting a request to technical support through My Kaspersky, you will need to specify the name and the full version number of your Kaspersky application”, the available templates sometimes are not updated with the most recent version, as is the case with the current release of version 2021; whenever that happens, choose the most recent version template available (in this case version 2020), and in the Request Problem description, write the correct version of the software installed.
  • Version information is often critical when Technical Support are analysing - troubleshooting problems, but for Feedback, I have a suggestion issues, the version information is not so important.
