My yearly subscription for Kaspersky VPN renewed via the App Store on July 7, 2025, but neither the iOS nor the macOS installations of the app are picking it up. To try and find the subscription, I logged in to the apps using the same email address as the one I use for my Apple ID; I even created a new profile with my Apple ID account to see if it shows up there -- nothing.

The iOS app keeps on showing "subscription has expired", and "unable to show subscription plans"

The macOS shows "subscription expired" and "you don't have any subscriptions purchased in the App Store".

I have cancelled my subscription now, but still have access to it for another 11 months.

What am I missing? Is there anything else I can try to link the subscription to my apps?
