I'm trying to contact customer service but all it does is make me go around and around the site because I need to cancel it or at least put in the correct email address.

I don't even understand what is the point of the chat box for since all it does is direct me to the customer service page again and again.

I have even email them twice but all i get is an automated reply

Did the 'automated-email-reply' have an incident reference number - prefixed with INC0000* - IF 'yes', support will respond in due course, please patiently wait, IF 'no', please provide the URL being used to contact Customer service?

IF (you) selected Chat with an expert & got thru to the Chat window, after agreeing to the Privacy Statement (1), enter (your) *correct* Email address (2), press enter & *wait* for the Chat-operator to connect with you (3):

I tried to initiate chat but it just directs me back to customer service page there is no asking to agree to a privacy agreement.

usually how long does it take for email to be responded?

Thank you for posting back & the additional information!

  1. Looking at the *image* it appears as if a Chat bot has been selected - don't select bots OR AI of any kind, you'll go around in circles forever! IF (you) did not get the Chat screens we've shown then the chat selection/submission is incorrect - the submission should look like the two images at the bottom of this post & the chat screens we posted in our previous reply will be the result: 
  2. The Kaspersky team will respond via email, it may take a few business days, please patiently wait.
