Subscript with the wrong email address

I'm trying to contact customer service but all it does is make me go around and around the site because I need to cancel it or at least put in the correct email address.

I don't even understand what is the point of the chat box for since all it does is direct me to the customer service page again and again.

I have even email them twice but all i get is an automated reply

Did the 'automated-reply' have an incident reference number - prefixed with INC0000* - IF 'yes', support will respond in due course, please patiently wait, IF 'no', please provide the URL being used to contact Customer service?
