Stuppid pop up connecting to vpn. New ppp connection detected. [Closed]

I use ibvpn and every time I connect I get this dumb annoying popup and I click Yes, Allow all network activity every time! How do I stop it? About ready to try different software!

Hello Coolcell77, Welcome! Try adding VPN to exclusions list Reference: https://support.kaspersky.com/13971 Have you defined Ibvpn as a "Trusted" application? Thanks

I tried adding ibvpn VPN app to exclusions list. Rebooted my computer tried again and still get the new PPP connection detected pop up. Click Yes allow all network activity and reconnect later and the same popup returns?

Hello Coolcell77, Thanks for posting back: Can you go to KIS reports, extract ONLY the "PPP connection" errors, please post back one or two of these? Thanks!

Hello Coolcell77, No problem: KIS Reports, https://help.kaspersky.com/KIS/2019/en-US/70885.htm, look for events that fall in the date/time period when the "stuppind pop-up" occurs & export the report for that category & that time, upload the report in your post, using the upload function between the insert link icon & the smilie icon. Also, using Windows Explorer, please search for Ibvpn software path, C:\ search criteria ➡️ Ibvpn*.* & post back please? Thanks!

I think something did not install correctly everything is working normal now. I completely uninstalled then reinstalled and the pop ups are not repeating even with when I select remember to allow every time. Going to renew my subscription for another year :) Thank you for your help.
