Stuck in "Sending license" for 7 days

I have a license for 3 devices that’s valid for ~3 more years. I tried to send one to my laptop after trial version of Total security expired but I can’t get the license to activate on the device. MyKaspersky website says “sending license” for 7 days now. I tried reinstalling but it did not help. I should be able to use up to 3 devices but when I try to use the activation code I get the error that it can’t be used for any more devices. It was activated on only 1 device before.

limit of available activations has been reached” error has to be escalated to Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the: Activation & license issue → Exceeded the limit of activations template - see image

 

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
