If you want me to beta test your product, I want a salary and a contract.

It is not the responsibility of paying customers to beta test a broken product.

This is exactly what I tried to explain to Kaspersky support. They have changed their system (just after my yearly renewal), now my vpn is useless. And I have to go through all kind of steps, including installing a debug variant of VPN, send all kinds of reports, which I have to dig up in the android folders somewhere. I am not willing to invest my valuable time in this proces, so I decided to wait a few weeks, and then move to another VPN option.

I am tired of providers who think they can launch new software/updates without taking responsability of thorough testing. I am not a test dummy!

Hello,

The same problems reported by others. Youtube says "Connect to the Internet" when clicking on a video. Youtube's message box doesn't appear immediately when clicked, it takes 2 or 3 clicks for it to appear. Some websites, such as DailyMail.co.uk, don't load at all and give "access denied" error. Although this is intermittent and sometimes it works fine.

Overall the performance is slow on some websites. Others it is fine.

As I'm writing this, (5:00 AM GMT) it is working smoothly, using the London server. I was using the Manchester server about 20 minutes ago and the performance was very poor.
