Can you please give us the ID or at least the last five characters?

Hello there. I got stax virus on my dell laptop win 10. All the files and photos are encrypted. Can anyone please help me or suggest me how to decrypt those files.

bad news: your computer was online when the data was encrypted.
There is currently no decryptor for this, but this may change in the future.

I would like to recommend that you back up the encrypted data to an external medium and not simply delete it.
Please watch the site https://www.nomoreransom.org/ and stay in contact with KL support. Maybe there will be a solution one day, maybe from Kaspersky.
