Start / update and uninstall impossible, trial version, Mac Catalina.

Hello, 

I installed the trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security 19.0.0.294 on Macbook Catalina.

From past weeks, when I lauch KIS it doesnt work.

I downloaded the uninstaller on the official website BUT it say first need to update the software (but cant) 

How to unistall it all in the more precise way on my Mac (I dont want to use other application like clean my mac… just official Kaspersky uninstaller)

• Before installing KIS, were the following steps done:

1. Check of Kaspersky Internet Security 20 for Ma system requirements ?
2. Check of applications incompatible with Kaspersky Internet Security 20 for Mac ?

• ➡ To uninstall KIS, follow the steps documented in How to uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security through the uninstallation wizard
• At the completion of the uninstall, make sure to reboot-shutdown & restart the MAC.
