Some website cannot be accessed after I installed Kaspersky

You must disable your VPN in order to access the website.

 

That was written on the website after I installed Kaspersky. Already uninstall Kaspersky VPN but I still cannot access the website. How to disable the VPN?

Please slide the toggle switch to the left or right click the Kaspersky icon in the taskbar > click on Exit.
