I have formated my smartphone, and I can’t active the Kaspersky again.

When I insert my activation code, the app says that my activation limit was reached. I used this code only on my smartphone before format.

• The “Cannot activate premium version. limit of available activations has been reached” error has to be escalated to Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the Activation & license issue → Exceeded the limit of activations template - see image:
