Server Down

In Unlimited Version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, the Singapore Server seems to be down. I am unable to connect to it, please fix the issue ASAP. It is very inconvenient since the Singapore server is the fastest one available here.

I can’t reproduce , can you please try again ? What is your real location ?

Same thing is happening to me for Canada server. Plus the the technical support link it leads to is also unavailable for some reason.

On my side the Canadian server is currently not down , please try the Support link located at the top of this Webpage ?

Thank you Berny, I followed this https://support.kaspersky.com/us/ksec-for-windows/troubleshooting/13493#block1 and it worked. I simply had to restart the VPN (I don't know why I didn't try it earlier). Have a nice day!
