server cloud dont save changes to my agent network on my pc  (example: if i make any change like exception for a site or modify anything ,the agent on pc dont execute what i did,however it is updated and i downloaded the latest version (12.10.0.466)from the cloud server ,any solutions?

Do the endpoint/server is properly connected to cloud console , do run klnagchk utility from the server 

path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent 

Go to this path then run cmd then run klnagchk.exe
