I am having some bsods and today I possible cause is the kaspersky (but I did not send the report when the kaspersky free asked). How do I send it  or do I have to wait for it to happen again?

The error is: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. An interesting point is that another module that caused bsod is ndu.sys and klwtp.sys

Sorry if English is bad

Hello @Freel

Welcome!

Please do the following:

  1. Make sure there’s no Kaspersky Anti-virus installed on your system
  2. Carefully check: Hardware and software requirements ?
  3. Carefully check: List of applications incompatible with Kaspersky Security Cloud ?
  4. From the Global website, download Kaspersky Security Cloud v21 Free - note, our link is to the UK site, you must chose your own location
  5. Install Kaspersky Security Cloud v21 Free
  6. Make sure all Post-installation recommendations are complete.
  7. Recheck BSOD issue(s), if they persist, run a GSI & Windows Logs & post the data here & include Kaspersky Security Cloud Installation files

Thank you🙏

@Freel Also, if the problem persists after reinstall please click on “send” , this community cannot provide a solution for BSOD’s caused by Kaspersky.

Hello!

  1. Provide the MEMORY.DMP file to Tech support in an archive.
  1. Better to check the issue in KIS 2021. If the issue persits - provide newly generated file to Tech support in an archive.
  1. Provide a GSI report with enabled event log option here and to Tech support.

Thanks!

ADD: if the issue occur in Free product, then it is possible to collect traces manually(Tech support should suggest how to do it.)

I removed MalwareBytes (according to the list of non-compatible software posted above) I will wait a while to see if stop the bsods.

I updated the version (I thought it was automatic or a notice to update)

Day 7 I had another bsod (but it was another windows program storport.sys) As I still had Malwarebytes installed I have to wait.

I have a habit of just suspending the computer for several days (I don't know if this causes anything, but anyway it is strange that bsods take about 5 ~ 10 days to occur again)

Thank you.
