Self-Defense restricted access to the protected resource alert?

on Windows 11. i just updated my version to 21.13.5.506 and i keep getting these "Self-Defense restricted access to the protected resource" alerts under system audit.  applications range from system files to google updates. is this normal?  if this is normal, how can i turn the alerts off in this new UI because they are getting very annoying.

By default, this option is disabled. Maybe someone turned it on. To disable:

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
