Security product for controlling hacking

I'm facing a severe issue of hacking.  All my devices are hacked and controlled by a hacker.  Does Kaspersky provide any security product or consultation services for fixing this?

IF you did not have Kaspersky software installed before  you were hacked, it may be difficult for anyone to assist you. 

To access Kaspersky Technical Support you must have licensed Kaspersky software → How to contact technical support?  → scroll to the bottom of the page, select Product help, select from available options.
