Security Cloud Freezes my Win 10 on Unistall

I'm trying to uninstall the free version of Kaspersky Security Cloud from my Windows 10 laptop and when I try to do so it freezes at the "Preparation for the Installation" screen. Please help. I've attached a print screen. The program is interfering with software from work,.so i can't have it installed. Thanks in advance for your help!

Welcome!

1. Before trying to uninstall Kaspersky Security Cloud Free, check if there’s any applications installed on your computer that are incompatible with Kaspersky Security Cloud, they may be contributing to not being able to uninstall?
2. Close all other running applications.
3. Then follow How to remove a Kaspersky application, don’t worry about the images being for another Kaspersky product, the process is the same; for step 8, do not tick any checkboxes, leave them all blank.

Thank you for your help Flood! While I didn’t find any of the exact programs from the list of incompatible programs with Kaspersky, I did find one from the same company that makes one of the ones listed, which I removed. I also removed a couple of suspect programs that were probably installed when I installed other “Free” software (nothing is truly free, right?). In the end it worked on the first try, so your tip was right on! The laptop is clean. It’s a shame, but Kaspersky was being just too obtrusive on my laptop.
