security cloud app causes wifi connections to drop on iPad

On an iPad Air 4 (iOS 14.7.1).

When I have the app installed, my wifi connection is regularly disconnected.

I go to the WiFi settings and none are selected.

it is linked to having VPN running I think.

If I turn off VPN, but leave on the anti-phishing it still happens

Any ideas?

thanks

Thanks for that.  I’ve actually deleted and reinstalled it a couple of times.

It seems ok for a while, but then starts to go wrong.  I’ll try and update with some timescales.

Thanks.  I don’t have the Kill Switch turned on.

So far my iPad has dropped Wi-fi connectivity 3 times today.

id really like to understand why.

otherwise I’ll just delete the the app. But that would be a shame given that cross device protection is a major selling point of the Security Cloud

@Nicks951 I am not encountering this issue, if however you suspect that KSCloud is causing this problem please contact Kaspersky Technical Support.

Also, please check your connection with Wi-Fi Sweetspots

Thanks Berny !

It is strange, but my connection is perfect and stable until I install the KSCloud app.

The same occurs with my wife’s slightly older iPad.

I’ll pose the question to Tech Support.

Thanks for your help.
