Secure Connection, Why am i recently continuously getting a pop up telling me my 300MB per day limit has been reached.

Why am i recently continuously getting a pop up telling me my 300MB per day limit has been reached.  Is this a new product as i have never had this in the last 2 years i have had the Total Security product?  Am i receiving a reduced benefit?

Kaspersky Total Security (licensed) comes with Kaspersky Secure Connection-VPN (pre-installed), free version.

The free version has a 200mb data alllowance daily, 18 virtual locations, selected by the software, no Technical Support and advertising. If a one time connection is made to the MyKaspersky.com account, the daily data allowance increases to 300mb.

Is it possible with a recent Kaspersky software update, KSC-VPN was activated - for the first time?
