Hello Arvipat, Thanks for posting back: The following is the information for Dropbox. The method is similar for all cloud storage:
  1. When the GSI.zip folder and Windows logs are in the Cloud storage:
  2. Hover your cursor over the file or folder you'd like to share.
  3. Click (the word) Share when it appears.in the list presentted.
  4. Click Create a link..
  5. The link will be copied to your clipboard.
  6. Paste the link back here in your post https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-secure-connection-17/secure-connection-shortcut-moved-1522#post7288
Thank you.

arvipat Remove Kaspersky Secure Connection and reinstall KIS 19
Posted
KSC has not been installed as a standalone app - it is a part of the KIS 2019 app.

Hi arvipat, have you tried reinstalling Secure Connection? You can find the download here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/free-vpn-secure-connection-pc Maybe this will fix your problem.

Hello Arvipat, Adding on to the info from Kmscom & Schulte: After you followed the correct software uninstall/reinstall procedures and fixed the issue, a very handy, safe utility is: ShortcutsMan (current version is v1.10): ShortcutsMan displays the details about all shortcuts that you have on your desktop and under your start menu. Broken shortcuts (shortcuts that point to file that doesn't exist) are automatically painted with pink color. You select one or more shortcuts, and then delete them, resolve them or save the shortcut's details to HTML/Text/XML file. Thanks!
