Secure connection blocks downloading

Secure connection blocks downloading on a certain website. Is it possible to whitelist IP adresses from blocking by this tool?

Welcome!

Regarding “ip whitelisting ” using Kaspersky Secure Connection, no KSC-VPN does not have that feature, however, you may add website exclusions, refer to How to configure a secure connection for a selected website & my images:

Select 3 horizontal bars, select Settings

Select Configure rules for websites

Select Add

 

Exclusions for www opens, select Add

Add url & select action to apply

Result

 

• Note: an Ignore exclusion means KSC-VPN will not be enabled when you visit the specified website.

1. Blocking ips is not a function of KSC-VPN - are you sure it’s KSC-VPN blocking the downloads?
2. Is there an error?
3. Does the www use geo-location blocking?

Thanks, this worked, but actually via Anti-virus, since I don't have this ‘configure webite’ button in Secure Connection. I do have to switch servers sometimes, but that's not a problem!

If adding an exclusion in WAV solved the issue, it sounds as if the blocking was from AV software not Kaspersky Secure Connection🤔
