Script Injection blocking search function on certain website

I am using Kaspersky Total Security on Windows 10 Home Edition. All databases are up to date.

Search queries on a website are being inferfered with due to script injection.

The above image shows the website attempting to load 61 images. The Image below shows that the images load properly when the script on the bottom right is disabled.

If I disable script injection under Network Settings said page simply fails to load. I have tried any and all combinations of the following:

1. Disabling Script Injection

2. White-listing the website

3. Disabling my adblock, which I thought was the culprit at first, but with adblock turned off the problem persists.

4. Having Kaspersky monitor only selected ports and disabling the monitoring of https ports 443, 80 and even 8080.

5. Disabling encrypted connection scanning

While this issue is easily solvable by manually toggling the script each time I visit the website, refreshing the page resets the script. Any insight or help into workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hello @Goatthulu,
Welcome!

  1. When "Search queries on a website are being interfered with due to script injection", are there any events showing in KIS Reports, that match the issue(s)?
  2. Which KIS patch(x), x=letter, is installed, on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About
  3. Does the issue repeat in *all* supported browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox?
  4. Was the "White-listing" done in Network settings, Trusted addresses, or somewhere else?
  5. Has a Web AV Exclusion been added?
  6. IF Private browsing, Allow data collection on this website, for the specific site - is enabled, does the issue resolve?
  7. IF Anti-banner, Allow on this website, is enabled, for the specific site - does the issue resolve?
  8. Has a request been logged with Kaspersky support
  9. May we have the URL for the specific site in (your) images, so we can test the issue?

Please let us know?

Thank you?

Apologies @Goatthulu, small correction to:

1. KTS Reports

2. Which KTS patch(x)

Not KIS, mea culpa?
