I have a number of clients that use this software and for the last two days Kaspersky keeps alerting them about my remote control software being installed.  Whilst this feature is good, where on earth and how am I able to tell the user to permanently ignore warnings about it.

I have got them yesterday to go into the managed intruder detection part and 'allow' the programs, but it still keeps alerting them multiple times a day.

Please help me

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Please provide version of K. product installed.

Also, move all the ScreenConnect entries in Low Restrict to Trusted.

Hum very suspicious NTUSERDAT.DAT is also in Low Restricted 🤔

Did You try to add the Exclusion when prompted?

Also, I've reported that tool to K. analysts, but They say:

Hello,

This detection is correct.
Thank you for your inquiry to Kaspersky.

Best regards, Malware Analyst

So, You may try to create exclusions for the detected exe / services of that tool.
