Screen goes black then freezes for a few second repeditvlye in Safe Money

When on shopping sites like Amazon, Wish etc every time I try to type something screen goes black and/or locks for a few seconds, so have to type 1 letter at a time waiting for it to unlock between each entry. This does not ocur when site is not run thru Safe Money. Is there a setting or somting to change to stop this ?

1. Is SafeMoney “black and/or locks for a few seconds” issue happening irrespective of browser used?
2. What is KTS version & patch(x)?
3. What is the system default browser? 
4. Is the issue new or has always existed?
5. Are Kaspersky protection extensions installed and enabled in all browsers?
