Saving fax files to desktop blocked

I am trying to auto save fax files to my hard drive but everytime I enter the directory and UN/OW it is blocked.  I feel like this is a Kaspersky issue and I need to create an exception but I am a novice on this type of setup/programming/rights issues.  Thanks for any help /direction that you can provide!
