Satın aldığım halde gelmeyen lisans

vpn satın aldım 1 aylık 99.99 tl e lisansım bitmişti tekrar aldım karttan para da çekti her şey okey ama lisans yenılenmedı kaldık saksağan gibi ortada para gitti lisans yok

Telefonda da aynı my kaspersky da lisans gözüküyor ama tel den hesaba girince lisans yok diyor :D bu nasıl bir bug hata beceriksizlik 

Şöyle bir vpn işte bu 😄 yukarda hesap var altta yok diyor 😄
