Salesforce Extension/Visual Studio Code

I have tried 2 weeks, my project Salesforce Extension, SFDX CLI / Microsoft Visual Studio Code in my Windows 10 with Kaspersky Total Security. 

NOTE: Ms Visual Studio Code is not the same as Ms Visual Studio!

I cannot get my project SFDX CLI with VSC to work as expected.  When I use another laptop without Kaspersky, my project work.  I do not get any Kaspersky notification.

I do not want to use the other laptop because is using Windows 7.

Can someone advise what can I do, please? 

is there a way to disable Kaspersky specifically to Microsoft Visual Studio Code and Salesforce Extension?  (both are installed in my C drive!)

1. In Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) Reports, are there any events that show the problems? If “yes”, export the Report & attach to your reply please? 
2. Which KTS version is installed?
3. Are the issues happening irrespective of Supported browser: Firefox, Chrome, Edge Chromium? 
4. If Private browsing is OFF, do the errors persist?
5. If Anti-Banner is OFF, do the errors persist?
6. Have any exclusions been added to Web Anti-Virus? 
7. If Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages is OFF, do the errors persist?
8. Have any exclusions been added to Encrypted Connections scan?
