The new page opens and begins to download an executable. before launching it I check once again with K who tells me ok and I also check the review and this is also ok. well, once installed, Kasp antivirus warns me that very dangerous randomware is hidden inside the file.
at this point I say what is Kasp for: it doesn't verify anything, it doesn't make my PC safe and in fact it misleads me by reporting safe sites when they aren't safe. ABSURD

Can You provide the URL of the site / exe? Maybe was a false positive, also not the same an on demand scan than a scan of the behavior of an app while it is being executed.
