Kasperski and Ultra VPN the service you switched me over to uses a "router firewall" 

But if I uninstall the wrong way the router firewall stays up.

I need your help removing it plz

1. Unfortunately the Kaspersky Community cannot assist, there's no procedures available for dealing with UltraAV issues.
2. Have (you) read their documentation: How do I uninstall UltraVPN on Windows?, IF it's not working OR if (you're) not sure please contact UltraAV support: https://support.ultraantivirus.com/hc/en-us.
