Please be sure you have excluded from proxy/firewall rules following ports:

The ports are fine, we have no problems with the firewall. The only problem is that with Android devices they do not sync and are not displayed.

Could you please share the type of Android devices that you want to protect and his technical details as well?

Ok, they are Android models, Android 14 version, One UI 6.1 version, the one I have now is the Galaxy A54 5G.
