Roccat swarm software is blocked every time.

Periodically when my computer boots i get an alert from Kaspersky that my Roccat Swarm software (needed to run my mouse) is not being permitted to load.  I have to manually unblock it every time, my changes do not save.  Is there any way to fix this issue?

  • May we see the alert please? 
  1. Check the file/s using Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal - opentip
  2. Create File Anti-Virus exclusion(s) for the files identified in the alert, check in KTS Detailed Reports, the file/path information will be logged. 
  3. However, if, on reboot, KTS is changing Roccat Swarm application trust level, contact Kaspersky Technical Support, follow the template below, include a GSI & Windows logs, images, detailed history, ask them why? 

 

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
