• 1 Which version of Kaspersky Internet Security is installed?
• 2 The password is the same as you use for your My.Kaspersky account & your Kaspersky Community account, have you tried that password?
• 3 The Change or remove password link is available if a password has been set earlier to protect access - is that available?
• When Change or remove password link is clicked, entry fields become available for specifying a new password and confirming it:

➡New password - password for administering Kaspersky Internet Security

➡Confirm password - re-enter the password that you have entered in the New password field.
