Dear Support Team,
Please I have my website https://www.cilico.com/ and https://new.cilico.com which does not have a Phishing now.

I totally cleaned it but Kaspersky keeps flagging my domain and subdomain as dangerous.
This scan shows that no threats were detected in our files, further indicating that these detections are likely false positives.

ClamAV Scan Results:

However, these domains are still flagged, and our newly developed temporary domain, new.cilico.com, which is scheduled for an upcoming launch, has also been flagged.

Kindly reanalyze for me.
Help me remove the blacklist.
Thank you very much!

Hello,

Dear User,

Thank you for sending a request to Kaspersky!
We have checked the link you sent us.
It has been confirmed as a false positive and excluded from our data loss threat protection databases.

Hello @cilico

Maybe this will help you with removing the blacklist flag for your domains, you can follow these steps:

1. Submit False Positive Report to Kaspersky_(In-process)

If Kaspersky has flagged your domains incorrectly, you can submit a report to their support team to request reanalysis and removal from their blacklist. Follow these steps:

  • Visit the Kaspersky False Positive Report page:
    Kaspersky False Positive Report

  • Provide the necessary details, including:

    • The flagged domain(s) (e.g., new.cilico.com).
    • A description of why you believe the domain should not be flagged (e.g., it is a legitimate domain).
    • Any relevant details that support your claim (e.g., your business domain, service details, etc.).
  • Kaspersky’s team will review your submission and usually responds with updates on their analysis.

2. Check if Your Domain is on Other Blacklists

Sometimes, Kaspersky may flag domains because they are listed in other public blacklists. To ensure your domain is not flagged elsewhere, check it using these services:

If your domain appears flagged in other blacklists, you may need to contact the respective blacklist maintainers for removal.

3. Review Your Domain’s Reputation

If your domain has been flagged due to malicious behavior or poor reputation, consider reviewing the following:

  • DNS records: Make sure there are no vulnerabilities or misconfigurations that could trigger flags.
  • Website security: Ensure there are no security issues like malware, spam, or phishing content hosted on your domain.
  • Check IP Reputation: Use a service like SenderBase to check your IP reputation. If it’s poor, you might want to request removal from their blacklist as well.

4. Contact Kaspersky Support Directly

If you need more immediate assistance, contact Kaspersky Technical Support directly:

  • Use your Kaspersky Business account to log in to the support portal.
  • Provide your domain names, screenshots of any warnings, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Kaspersky should be able to assist in resolving the issue more quickly.

5. Check Kaspersky Security Center

Since you're using Kaspersky Security Center for antivirus management, verify whether there are any custom blacklists or policies that may be flagging the domains within your network. Ensure the domains aren’t blocked due to predefined policies.

By following these steps, you should be able to request a reanalysis and potentially remove your domain from Kaspersky's blacklist.

Let me know if you need further assistance with any of the steps!

Thank you
