We have blocked the application, and I get several notifications on the up by Kaspersky below, we can click Request Access,
and after that, we write messages and send them.
My question is, who receives the messages?

in Kaspersky Business Hub the User Requests are not displayed like in KSC on Prem or KSCCC there you normally find it at the Events with Category User Requests. But it seems to be forgotten in the Business Hub. You can check the Events if there is something displayed.
