Report a piece of malware that can be used against antivirus software

This malware can be used for block anti-virus software, but Kaspersky mistakenly identified it as trusted software. I have uploaded this program through Kaspersky Opentip and hope it will be analyzed and processed as soon as possible.

I would like to add some information about this sample file: this sample file used digitally signs blocks an anti-virus software from Qihoo 360, a Chinese anti-virus software company
