Repeatedly prompted for permission when using VPN Express

I am using VPN Express for my VPN connection. Every day I get prompted multiple times to approve usage of  “a new PPP connection”. I can find no reason for this. The VPN network is visible in Kaspersky as a trusted network. 

Note: I know that Kaspersky offers a VPN service of its own, but I am not planning to use this option.

Still there is no answer. But there is hope. I have one machine that keeps on prompting me, the other one does not. The only problem is that I can not figure out what the difference is between the two…..
