Avez-vous  vérifié  le dossier Spam dans votre messagerie ?
Si vous n'avez pas reçu de code d’activation  veuillez consulter le Support Technique svp :

https://support.kaspersky.com/fr/b2c/fr
→ Contactez nous → Application → E-mail → Contacter le Support
→ Type de demande → Activation et licence

Pour info , votre système reste protègé par Kaspersky en fonction de bases de MAJ moins récentes.
