Renewal of Subscription with New Credit Card

I lost the credit card I used to renew my subscription in 2023. I now have a new card and want to renew - BUT I CAN'T FIND THE PAGE TO AMEND THE CARD DETAILS. Why does Kaspersky make it so hard to do this? Can anyone point me to the relevant hyperlink?  Thanks!

Go to Your My Kaspersky account, on top right, click over Your email address -> Manage account, and there You should find inside payment methods, the way to manage it.

I do not know if Robin was satisfied with your reply, but I have a similar problem. Renewal of KIS is next month, but my credit card expires next week. Therefore I need change the expiry date of my credit card. If I follow your instructions, I come to a screen on which I choose "Payment Methods" and all I get is a not very helpful statement; please screen shot attached. 

Help please, Dave.
