Rendering problem with larger screens - Kaspersky Total Security, can you fix this?

  • Correct, the issue has been previously raised with Kaspersky HQ Russia experts, their advice is as follows:

“Technical requirements mean the application window cannot be resized beyond its minimum. It’s designed to optimal size to fit all the necessary navigation elements, icons, fonts etc, that they all need to be accessed so that the product can be used.”

(When we) encounter the issue, we simply exit the application & restart:

 

 

 

 

 

however, you may wish to raise the issue with Kaspersky by logging a case with Kaspersky support, select either Chat or Email, fill in Application malfunction, Other template; support may request logs, traces & other data, they will advise you. 

  • If selecting Chat option, we recommend you request a copy of the chat transcript, make sure you fill in your email address AFTER the chat is activated by the Chat agent & complete the Verify your email address email AFTER the chat completes.
  • When it’s available, please share the outcome with the Community?
