Remove infected file instead of trying to disinfect

Hello everybody,

I'm a new user of KTS, and I would like to know if it is possible to automatically delete all detections instead of trying to disinfect the detections.
Example: When executing malware, the antivirus tries to disinfect the file. I don't want this behavior, I would like all detection to be automatically DELETED.

I already used Kaspersky free at another time, and I remember that there was an option written "Delete" when it detects an infected file, and it seems to me that it was replaced by the "Block" option. Is it possible to enable the previous "Delete" behavior?

Is it possible to change this behavior?

I think K. does not have only Delete option, for long K. products always had Disinfect and then Delete:
