Remove Annoying Messages (Software Rarely Used)

I can’t seem to stop these messages.    The message (see attached) is informing me that I have software that is rarely used.    How do you stop these annoying messages?

this is an option of the 'PC Cleaner'.
Settings->Protection->Application Manager'.

 

 

Disable the Option or configure schedule.

That doesn’t work.  I’ve unchecked “rarely used” and still get this annoying popup.   I’m glad my subscription will end in less than a year.  I plan to discontinue using Kaspersky because of then never-ending annoying pop up messages.

1. Which KTS version & patch(x) is installed - Windows taskbar, hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
2. For the unwanted PC Cleaner alerts, have exclusions been created
